Lively – A Google Virtual World

Google has recently started on their own virtual world project, calling it ‘Lively‘. Initial walkabouts show that it is a cross between IMVU and Second Life. The interesting thing about Lively, is that there seems to be support for an economy via buying of things such as furniture and clothes, with the additional ability to ‘embed’ a user created and designed room into any web page. Google’s Lively is currently in beta, with signups available at their site.
